Try Mindful Writing

Mindful Writing is my signature journaling style, offering a calming way to explore your thoughts, feelings, and deeper awareness.

Mindful Writing invites you to slow down, pay attention, and become more present with what’s happening inside.

If meditation is difficult for you, Mindful Writing is a great alternative to stillness — helping you find clarity, calm, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Journal Breathing

Sit comfortably with your journal closed and place your finger at the bottom left corner along the spine.

  • Inhale as you trace your finger up the spine of your journal.

  • Hold your breath as you move across the top.

  • Exhale as you trace down the side of your journal.

  • Hold your breath and return along the bottom to where you started.
